 Patrick Kinney is a real estate executive with more than 25 years of experience leading acquisitions, development, asset management, and operations across multifamily, retail, office, and mixed-use portfolios throughout major U.S. markets.


Throughout his career, Patrick has overseen portfolios valued in the billions of dollars, directed large-scale development and repositioning initiatives, and built disciplined, performance-driven operating platforms within both institutional and founder-led real estate organizations.


KREI Holdings represents a focused investment platform initially targeting value-add opportunities across Southern California. The long-term vision is to scale the platform thoughtfully into additional markets, applying institutional underwriting rigor, operational discipline, and hands-on execution to every investment.
